Throwback Thursday: Doritos 3-D

This post is dedicated to Jess, who actually gave me the idea for this. But I just wanted people to remember some of their favorite childhood things. And I'm not sure if it was one of her favorites, but she definitely mentioned this one.

Doritos 3-D, those randomly shaped chips, with that little puff of air in between. They were introduce in 1997 by the Frito-Lay company and according to what I've seen online, are still being sold, but in different packaging in different countries. What I mean is that they are now being offered in little travel cup shaped containers. They offer Cheetos Cheeseballs in the same type case. But those little 3-D chips
that seemed to be a bit less filling than normal Doritos, but still just as fun do to their ridiculous shape are definitely throwback for those who have not moved out of the country.

Here's the only Doritos 3-D Commericial they had on you tube..
