Food: Santouka Ramen

I was introduced to Santouka Ramen by my sister Karen. She took the family and me to this little spot in the Mitsuwa Marketplace off of Saratoga. I've always trusted her taste in food, and I must say, once again she was on point. I've seen a good amount of Ramen in my day, and I must say, this has been the best thus far.

I have only tried the #1 and the #4. The #4 being a #1 + more pork. But if you're a fan of Ramen, this place is a must.

A night consisting of a 3 course vegan/vegetarian Filipino meal, a cooking demo , and stand-up comedians to make your tummy hurt after you've filled it. You will enjoy an appetizer, a main entree, and dessert to cap off the night. The main entree will be provided and demonstrated by Jay-Ar Isagani who has been catering small and large events, providing cooking workshops for high schools, and have been donating to various community functions including non-profit organizations, to local hip hop artists, schools, the veterans and elderly throughout the bay area for 7 years. His experience in innovating Filipino food has captured quite a following. Come and taste the flavors, join the laughter, and enjoy a dinner party that will captivate all your senses!
