I came across this earlier today. The plans for the new 49er stadium, if passed, due 2013. I've been a niner fan for years. Yes they're not doing so well, but I'm just saying, they'll be good again one day. It has an estimated cost fof 2$ Billion. Ouch!
Maybe they'll be able to pay that off when they start getting a bit better.
