Bart has plans to extend its service into 6 places in the South Bay. And out of those 6 locations, 4 are in San Jose. 1 would be located right off Santa Clara Street in downtown SJ, the others would be located, near the flea market, off of Alum Rock and near the Shark Tank. Other options are being looked into, for example CalTrain extensions of their electrified track transit system, which some say would provide a faster cheaper service to San Francisco. But as far as it goes for me, I would love any train, BART or CalTrain to come to San Jose, so we can make those trips out to SF a little less tedious. One of the other locations not located in San Jose would be, at the Great Mall in Milpitas. I'm excited.

is this for sure? did everyone vote on it already? and if it is that would be sick we'd be going to the city all day
This isn't a sure thing yet. The measure for this will be on November's ballot. It asks residents here to consider a 1/8th cent sales tax to fund the project. I hope this measure passes because they should have done this initially!
